Present photo/drawing/color ideas for quote.
Price quote will be presentd prior to contract.
I brake down all supplies / labor needed in your quote.
Labor is $20 per hour. Average per costume is 4 to 6 hrs.
Rhinestones applied for cost of Rhinestones plus $8 per gross labor.
Money for supplies is due before work can begin.
Contract early
to get on my schedule.
Average turn around time is 3 to 5 weeks.
